If You Do Nothing…

The last option you have is to do nothing. Sadly, this is the option that many homeowners take. But not you, right!? The fact that you purchased this manual shows that you are motivated to fix your situation and work through this problem, but you must TAKE ACTION NOW so you don’t fall into either of the most common traps at this stage. (Don’t be a deer in the headlights!)
TRAP #1: I’ll do it tomorrow.
Take Action Now! Motivational speaker Tony Robbins speaks of the importance of taking immediate action, no matter how small, towards a goal. Thus it is important you choose which one of the steps you want to do first and immediately take action. Don’t stop reading this, and decide you’ll think about it again tomorrow. Click on one of these links right now to see if you qualify for a refinance! Or pick up the phone and call your lender - no matter where you’re at in the process, good communication is key, and you will feel better after you talk to them.
TRAP #2: Paralysis by Analysis.
Don’t spend hours or days agonizing over what to do, just pick something and take action. And don’t give up if the first thing you try doesn’t work. I suggest you start at option one and apply for a refinance. While you’re waiting for the results of that, call your lender and see if they can set you up on some interest only payments. If you still haven’t found a solution, call a reputable local attorney and ask for a free consultation. Dedicate yourself to finding a solution to your problem, and you will.
You’ve come this far - don’t stop now!
